International House Whistler is now accepting resumes for a part and full time ESL teacher to teach to start as soon as possible. We are looking to add outgoing, flexible and experienced teachers to our team who have a passion for outdoor activities and life in Whistler!

-Planning, preparing and delivering effective English lessons to ESL students. This includes teaching productive and receptive skills such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation as well as writing, reading, speaking, and listening.
-Preparing student-centered lessons and assignments, homework and in-class testing.
-Classroom administration including submitting attendance, recording material covered on a weekly basis and the completion of student reports upon their departure.
In addition to a university degree, qualified applicants will have a Languages Canada recognized teaching certificate (such as CELTA).
