Starting wage $25/hr + tips for training and probation (tip out is much better than most kitchens)
After 3 months, $26/hr + tips + benefits
$27-29/hr at 8-12 months based on performance
Free staff meals and post shift beverage (including beer from A-Frame brewery)
Evening line cooks
Requirements:
-Evening and weekend availability
-ability to work in a face paced environment
-kitchen or similar experience preferred but willing to hire the right individuals
-positive attitude, common sense and a passion for food
Starting wage, $20-$22/hr + tips for training and probation based on performance
3-6 months $22-$24 after probation based on performance
Free staff meal and post shift beverage (including beer from A-frame brewery)
