Black leather living room chair. Leather is in excellent condition. The vertical front of the seat has “patent” leather and it is showing signs of cracking/wear which aren’t noticeable unless you bend over snd look closely in good light - so don’t really affect the use ir appearance.

Selling as my tenant is remodelling the suite and we are going with a more portable chair.

I have a pickup so I can deliver to your front street in Whistler for full price plus $5. So $50 total.
