Both pieces are basically brand new — the sofa is 3 months old and the ottoman is 2 months old. Selling only because I'd like a different size for my space.
• Sofa: $900
• Ottoman: $300

I'd prefer to sell them as a set, but will sell the ottoman separately once the sofa has sold.
Save yourself a chunk of change (and the hassle of assembly). The pieces can also be taken apart for easy transport if needed.
