Early 30's Couple ISO Long Term 2 bedroom + Den (Squamish)

I’m a Film Editor, and my partner is a freelance Mountain Bike Photographer. We’re both avid adventurers and work from home, so we’re ideally looking for a 2-bedroom (or 2-bedroom + den) home. Our dream would be a carriage home with a garage. Key priorities for us include an office space, storage for our bikes and adventure gear, and a guest room for visitors. In the future, we’d love to add a small hypoallergenic dog to our family, so we hope to find a place that could accommodate that.
We’ve let our current landlord know we’re searching and want to give her plenty of notice, so we’re taking our time to find the right place. We know our dream home is out there - several friends have found similar setups - and we’d love help finding it.
We adore Squamish and hope to find a home we can settle into long-term - it’s where we want to put down roots.
