Long term accommodation wanted for a local 42 year old

Hi, I am a 42 years old single Mom who's been living in Whistler since 2015. For the past four years I have rented a one-bedroom suite in Emerald. Unfortunately, I recently received notice that my tenancy will be ending, as my landlady is moving out and selling the house. I have three months to secure a new place, though I am flexible with my move-in date and can relocate sooner if needed. I would be more than happy to provide a reference from my current landlady.
I own a cleaning company and I also work as a graphic designer. I am a non-smoker, do not party, and do not have any pets. I live a quiet, active lifestyle and enjoy skiing, biking, and hiking. I also have container storage in Pemberton where I keep my sports equipment.
I have a four-year-old daughter, who is in my care approximately four days a week. She attends daycare full-time and is a calm, quiet, and introverted child.
I am a respectful, clean, and responsible tenant, and I take great pride in maintaining the places I live in. I am looking for a long-term home and would love the opportunity to discuss any available suite or apartment you may have. I need one parking spot.
