Seeking a dog friendly 1, 2 or 3 bed rental in Whistler. This is for 15 year plus local residents who will treat the property with respect. I work in trades and am extremely house savvy.
My dog is senior, 45ibs and always by my side. Sweet and non destructive. Better behaved than most kids. If you have never wanted pets before please consider it, it will be a non issue
I am looking for a verity of options
A) 1 bed for myself. Max budget 2k
I have excellent references and am a quality low drama, low maintenence tennant.
B) A 2 bed with my friend also a long time local and bar manager in town. Max budget 3.5k
C) Larger properies where I hold the lease and care for this place as my home and form a group of roomates. Budget is flexible for this but I'm looking at private rooms vs shared since I am older and don't wish for a revoving door of roommates these days as I'm sure you would prefer also.
I am financially secure working in the oil industry so you do not have to worry about rent even if a room is vacant.
Would consider Summer only. Older properties are fine. Preferably south of the village.
