**Long Term Tenant Seeking Whistler Home** (Whistler, B.C.)

We are a close-knit family of three excited to plant long-term roots in Whistler.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Ideally a two-bedroom ground-floor suite, carriage house or similar within a well-maintained, modern home — outside the main village core and within a family-friendly neighbourhood. Our dream would be a space on or close to the trail network whose owners want a stable annual lease tenant to look after their home as their own. We have all our own furnishings and prefer unfurnished, though we are open to the right fit regardless of what comes with the space.
We are also open to sharing a larger home with an individual or couple who value long-term stability and are comfortable with a warm, affectionate family as housemates.
ABOUT US:
For the past four and a half years we have called Squamish home, living in the Crumpit neighbourhood where we have built a deep sense of community and feel blessed in our surroundings. And yet, Whistler has been calling us for some time, and we are now ready to make the move before or by September 1, 2026.
My two toddlers are happy, respectful, spirited, grounded little humans — described by many as wise old souls. They are curious, active outdoor enthusiasts who love hiking, biking, swimming in rivers/lakes, and exploring trails. They are also natural helpers who enjoy rolling up their sleeves for home projects, inside and out just like their mamma. When they are not at daycare and preschool, Brady and Teanna enjoy their solo projects, indoor climber and sibling playfulness being mindful of quiet times. My youngest naps midday, and both children are reliably in bed by 6:30–7:00 pm. I am not into parties and I do not smoke anything.
I understand that inviting a family into your home requires trust and alignment in all ways. I can offer excellent references, a verifiable rental history, stability, and a genuine commitment to treating your property with care and respect.
