A leading local Real Estate company is hiring a Marketing and Digital Media Coordinator to coordinate, create and implement marketing and communication initiatives for their company and team of Realtors. Ideally suited for a creative marketer with a innovative approach and a passion for sharing the Whistler lifestyle. Offers an excellent salary, flexible schedule, plenty of perks and a dynamic team of locals to collaborate with.


About the Role:
> Flexible full-time schedule, generally Mon-Friday office hours with some opportunity to work from home.
> Competitive salary reflective of experience and skills starting in the range of $47,000 – $51,000 per year with room for growth.
> 1 year contract with potential for long-term and career growth.
> Laptop, office space and necessary templates and software will be provided.
> Summer BBQs, Christmas and Holiday Parties and lots of team-building events.


The Perfect Candidate:
> Naturally creative with an innovative approach to marketing that will keep campaigns fresh.
> At least 3 years experience working in a related position.
> Proven experience developing engaging content for social media posts and blogs.
> Strong experience and knowledge of digital media, print marketing and graphic design (including InDesign).
> Excellent writing skills, especially writing posts and blogs (samples are requested),
> Experience running social media campaigns and Google Ad campaigns.

Responsibilities include:
> Coordinate all marketing and communication initiatives for Realtors and the company.
> Day-to-day maintenance of all corporate social media and websites; keeping profiles up-to-date and ensuring consistent branding and content.
> Develop social media content; Schedule postings to ensure regular engagement on various social media outlets.
> Work closely with marketing team to build content calendars and refreshing content strategies/messaging/themes.
