ISO - place to call home this summer! (Squamish)

I’m looking to secure a house in Squamish for the summer to accommodate a small group of professional, paid outdoor guides working with a global, well-established travel company during our peak season in Canada.
We’re hoping to find a place that is:
✅ Furnished (not mandatory)
✅ 2-4 bedrooms
✅ Parking available
✅ Available May 1 – October 1
About the use of the house (full transparency):
The home would be used as a base for our trained guides who lead multi‑week hiking and camping tours throughout Western Canada. While Squamish is our operational base, guides are frequently away on trips, meaning the house is often quiet and lightly occupied.
Over the five‑month period, we will have approximately 10 guides rotating through the house. On average, there would be 1 or 2 guides staying per night, with a short peak of up to 4 people for about one week in August. This is absolutely not a party house — most nights are calm, especially when teams are on the road.
I will be their direct manager, I live in Squamish (since 2018), and I’ll have hands‑on oversight of the house throughout the season.
Care, management & longer‑term outlook:
-Strict cleaning schedule, including regular professional cleans and clear daily‑use expectations
-The home will be treated as if it were my own
-I’m very happy to coordinate closely with the landlord and adapt processes to ensure everyone is comfortable with guide rotations and access
-I’ve worked in the small‑group travel industry for over 10 years, and maintaining strong, respectful relationships with partners is a top priority — I would approach this arrangement with that same care
While this post is for this summer, if the setup is a good fit for both sides, I’d love to explore the option of returning each summer and establishing a consistent, well‑managed seasonal arrangement.
