I have a lofted bedroom in my apartment with a single bed. Willing to have someone live there for the season for free, but in exchange, cooking, cleaning and dog walking. Ideal roommate would be someone who works in the evening as I work from about 7AM-7PM....also doesnt hurt if you are female and hot, just saying.
