Hello,

We are seeking a 3+ bedroom, high-quality homeowner in the Whistler, Squamish, Pemberton, or Brittania Beach areas in exchange for a profit split where you can expect to double your monthly rental income via our AirBnB, "live-in", property management services, in which we will put the utmost care into managing your home as an established Airbnb SUPERHOST with a proven 5-star track record. In turn, we will co-create your AirBnB rental listing, book and manage all guests, and ensure that the property remains in top condition throughout the duration of our services. That's a guarantee!

In addition, we will include a million-dollar guest, property rental insurance policy free of charge, a 24/7 monitoring security camera system, screen, personally greet, interact with, and manage all guests on a consistent basis.

We are an absolutely health-conscious, progressive family of two with a focus on Quality, rather than Quantity, which has resulted in the ability to only accept high-quality, longer-term guests due to the manner in which we position a property listing, screen, and manage guests. We moved on from the luxury 3-bed condo that we managed 3 - 4 international guests on a monthly basis over the past 2-years, but enjoyed and had such a positive experience hosting and managing the property---along with the significant revenue that the business generated---that we would like to expand into managing a larger property with the "right" homeowner looking to increase their rental income significantly.

You will find attached in the photos all of our most recent guest reviews to prove our value in managing your property, along with an employment resume which illustrates on page 2 my background as an International Hospitality-Tourism professional who managed a top boutique traveler's property with up to 220 guests per night for 4 years. I have a passion for hosting high-quality guests and love the experiences gained.

We typically have managed 3-5 international and national guests per month and prefer bookings that are longer, but am open to expanding into shorter-term, higher-profit bookings on a weekly or bi-weekly basis depending on demand, which will be high. Quality, care, geniality, and consistent, clear, open communication are essential to the success of our business and we take pride in those values.
