> Full-time, year-round. Based in Squamish, BC
> Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE:
> Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
> 3–7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing, rail, transportation, or industrial environments.
> Experience in sourcing steel/metal materials, technical components, fabricated parts, or engineered equipment.
> Ability to interpret basic technical drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
> Proficiency with ERP, procurement, or inventory management systems.
> Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
> Source and procure materials, components, equipment, and services in accordance with project and operational requirements.
> Prepare and issue purchase orders aligned with approved budgets, specifications, and internal procedures.
> Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations to ensure best value, quality, and lead time.
> Manage supplier relationships and support supplier selection, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
> Track order status and proactively follow up with suppliers to mitigate delays or shortages.
> Resolve procurement issues related to delivery, quality, documentation, or discrepancies.
> Coordinate closely with engineering, project management, and production teams to support evolving requirements.
