Our home is completely renovated. Inspired by nature and holistic living. Natural wood flooring, 3 large rooms, loads of natural light, high-volted ceiling in living room and 360 views of mountain ranges. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, gas stove and cooking wear needs. There are two full bathrooms. A king size bed, a queen size bed and kid bunkbeds. A large patio with views, a BBQ and new patio lounge furniture. Not to mention the luxury of AC and a gas fireplace! Wonderful bathroom with deep soaker tub and triple-head shower! Perfect for after a long day of snow sports. Office workspace. This is a place for you to immediately feel at-home. Sorry, no TV; we encourage you to unplug, get outside, read a book and connect more with the 'natural' world. There is unlimited high speed WiFi if you must! We recycle, compost and dispose limited garbage. Own drive way and backyard. Pets okay, upon approval.

What is truly stunning about here is the location of the home. You literally have everything you could need and want to do in Squamish at your doorstep within walking and/or biking distance. Three minutes walking distance from great restaurants, cafes, Yoga studios, outdoor shops, pharmacy and basic groceries. Walking distance from Coho Park; a place for hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts! You can even go all the way to Alice Lake via trails straight from our doorstep. Close to Quest University. Easy access to bus service location to Whistler, public transit and Greyhound bus.

There is an attached downstairs suite to the house where my brother and girlfriend live. He is a partial owner. They are friendly professional people with 1 dog.
