Shorter rental periods will have a higher average cost per night due to my flat-fee cost (for booking, final cleaning, and guest certificate) and the rates vary due to seasonal periods.
Rate includes secured underground parking, all taxes, guest certificate fee, and final last-day cleaning. No other or hidden fees.

About the resort:
One of the largest heated outdoor pools and pooldecks in Whistler with 2 outdoor hot tubs.
2-min walk to the village.
Short walk to lifts downhill biking - see my picture of map.
No loud noises from people in village compared to the other resorts in the village.
Hy’s Steak house, Delta Hotel, Pinnacle Hotel, just across the street.
Many other restaurants such as Quattro, Brickworks Public House and other are just across the street and within close walking distance.
Don’t need to worry about finding or paying for parking as it is included, so just park your car to enjoy everything around the property.
EV charging stations close by - just at the convention center across the street.

Payment is required IMMEDIATELY after confirmation. NO CHANGES or CANCELLATION can be made 60 days prior to check-in. If you choose the refundable booking option with me, there will be a $200 surcharge and the last day for cancellation will be 60 days prior to check-in.
No fees for e-Transfer. Or please add 3.5% IF using paypal unless using "pay family and friends" directly without using your credit card for no PayPal fee. But best to use bank Email transfer for Canadian banks to avoid the fee. Or use US email transfer (such as Zelle) to transfer to my US Bank if you are from the US.
Everything included: secured underground parking (1 stall for non-oversized vehicle), secured bike room, taxes, cleaning fee, and resort fee. No other hidden cost.
Unit assignments will be managed by the resort on the day of check-in but your unit type is guaranteed and should get the better allocation.

Unit may have different configuration and all the amenities similar to my picture in a luxury unit that is managed by Worldmark Premier Vacation club. These Worldmark units are furnished more superior than the hotel's or other clubs' units at Cascade Lodge.

Please only read the feedbacks on this resort for units owned by Worldmark and not the other club's with negative feedback as the luxury units owned by WorldMark are maintained and furnished at the highest quality comparing to some of the other units.
